01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "got55", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the got55 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating the website at got55.asia.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using a got55 account.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, lottery, and account management features accessible through the got55 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile associated with a unique username and password on got55.
• "Funds" refers to the MYR balance held in a Member's got55 account for the purpose of wagering and receiving winnings.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal access is granted on got55.

02Eligibility

By registering for a got55 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. got55 strictly prohibits use of its Services by persons under 21 years old.
• You are accessing the Services in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from got55 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
• You are not a prohibited person as defined by applicable anti-money laundering or sanctions laws.

got55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of the relevant account pending verification.

03Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one got55 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. got55 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a Member's failure to safeguard their login details. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to got55 support immediately.

got55 requires Members to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on got55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, subject to availability.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• got55 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified bank accounts registered in the Member's own name.
• got55 targets a withdrawal processing time of two (2) hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• got55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of potential fraudulent activity.
• Members are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable tax obligations on winnings. got55 does not provide tax advice.

05Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on got55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the got55 platform at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. got55 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• got55 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error, system fault, or data feed error has occurred, regardless of whether bets have already been settled.
• All live casino games at got55 Casino are operated by certified live dealer studios. Results are final as declared by the presiding dealer and are not subject to reversal except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• got55 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to certain markets, or close accounts where betting patterns indicate abuse, arbitrage, or match-fixing activity.

06Bonuses & Promotions

got55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to Members from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all got55 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated wagering strategies is prohibited.
• Each promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• got55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and may not be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play is subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Members found to be abusing promotional offers may have their promotional access removed and, in serious cases, their accounts terminated.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on got55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Services.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing got55 from a jurisdiction where the Services are expressly prohibited by local law, where the Member has been made aware of such prohibition.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during KYC or at any other point.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication with got55 staff or other Members via support channels.

got55 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through such conduct.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the got55 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphical assets, interface design, trademarks, and text — is the proprietary property of got55 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Member may reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any got55 content without prior written consent.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, got55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical interruption, system failure, or connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently identified as arising from data feed failures, provided got55 acts promptly to void or correct affected bets.
• Any losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with responsible gaming limits they have set for themselves.

got55's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

got55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all Members via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts to notify them after a defined continuous play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusion is irrevocable. Requests are processed by the got55 support team within 24 hours.

Members experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek assistance. got55 supports the goals of international responsible gaming frameworks and encourages players to access available support resources. The got55 Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance and information.

11Termination

got55 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering is detected on the account.
• The Member requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.

Upon termination for cause, got55 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the Member in good standing and without breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which got55 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory.

Members acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to different legal treatment in different jurisdictions, and that it is each Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing got55 is lawful in their personal jurisdiction.

13Amendments

got55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, got55 will use reasonable efforts to notify active Members via the platform or registered email address. Continued use of the got55 Services after amended Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Members who do not agree with any amendment may close their account by contacting got55 support prior to the amendment's effective date. Any pending withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the withdrawal was requested.
